LondonTriton Insurance Brokers took payments from me to renew my house insurance policy, but I subsequently found out that the policy was never renewed. I lost £672.78, aside from the fact that my house was NOT insured for over 2 years, without my knowledge. Details: I started to get worried when the actual renewal policies were never sent to me. I contacted SAGIC (the insurer with whom Triton claimed to be taking out the policy). SAGIC confirmed that they ceased working with Triton in 2017). Therefore the 2 payments I made totalling £672.78 in Sept 2017 and Sept 2018 were, in effect, simply pocketed by Triton for nothing. I have written to Triton three times but received no response.
