R Todd Insurance Services Ltd was started by Richard Todd in 1978 and for the whole of this time we have operated out of offices in the heart of Gorleston, Great Yarmouth. Richard's philosophy is very much focused upon doing the best you can for the client from the outset and not just focus on beating their existing quote. If we can reduce costs, offer improved levels of cover while providing great levels of customer service then that is what we must do.
Richard has hand picked his team from day one and with a very low staff turnover (with some staff being with him for over 20 years) the business is very much built on building good strong relationships with the customers, understanding thier needs and finding them the best value products.
