Founded in 1956 by ex Community Policeman Richard Hughes, our business located in Colwyn Bay has been owned and run by the Shaw family since 1971, and continues to remain an independent insurance broker serving clients across North Wales. We are firm believers in the personal touch, we don’t just sell you a policy and then leave you to a call centre outside the UK.
We are here to help should the worst happen and can make dealing with insurers a little easier. Flexibilty is the essence of our business in the vast array of insurance products that we offer and also in our relationship with our clients.
Our customers tell us it is good to have someone to talk things over with, it saves them time and money. We have built our reputation for good service and competitive policies over many years and although there are many avenues to buy insurance we offer the added benifits of advice when you need it most.
