About the Business
Ravensworth Professional is a family run business so we take our reputation for customer service and quality very seriously indeed! Paula has 20 years experience in management and customer service. She heads up our EPC Provision and our Insurance Services and holds relevant qualifications in both of these highly regulated areas. John heads up our Utility services and also takes the lead in marketing and client relations. He has a real focus on continual improvement of the business in response to customer feedback and new ideas.
His background is in broadcast journalism over 40 years so he has a lot of experience of listening to people! Wilf has 37 years experience in housing management. He now brings his expertise to leading our Property Services section. His long and successful experience in managing the day to day issues facing clients allows him to solve problems that may look intractable.
