MSL Group is an independently owned company operating in five business areas:

Insurance Solutions, Claims Solutions, Vehicle Solutions, Business Solutions and Medical Reporting. Together they provide a wide ranging, comprehensive service to brokers, intermediaries, insurers and their customers.

The Group has been operating since 1984, and through constantly striving for innovation and improving upon the service it provides, has become a market leader in its field. The Group comprises two main companies:

MSL Vehicle Rental Limited (MSL VR) Established in 1984 and operating in the Credit Hire arena, MSL VR provides vehicles, including specialist vehicles for the chauffeur and driving school markets, operating from a network of regional depots, vehicle repairers and partner rental companies.

MSL Legal Expenses Limited (MSL LE) Established in 1988 to supplement the service provided by MSL VR, offering tailored insurance policies to motorists via insurance brokers. Total Claims Management is a key feature of the MSL LE proposition and includes Claims Management, Credit Hire, Credit Repair, Personal Injury, Uninsured Loss Recovery and Third Party Claims Services.
