Princes Risborough, BuckinghamshireI dealt with these people for 15 years they have now been taken over. They have no product knowledge I was cut off 4 times. You could hear under the breath comments. I went to the AA who turned the policy around within 15mins. Asked to phone them back but was unable to because of their phone system. They are now trying to bill me. Found myself talking to SALES who tried to transfer me to "Customer Service" what a collection of clowns!
