Our online policy issue service for low cost fixed price 5 Star Travel Insurance recommended by BIBA includes Full Terrorism Cover and up to 45 days per trip included within the annual policy with the ability to upgrade to 60 days. You can add skiing or winter sports or save some money by excluding personal baggage or personal money cover – ideal if this is already covered on you home insurance.

If you plant to travel you need to know that your holiday could be an expensive disaster if you don’t have the right travel insurance. Fewer than 60 countries have reciprocal healthcare agreements with the UK.

If you are travelling in the EU then you may have some cover under the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC which replaced the E111 form in 2005) scheme for emergency treatment but the cover does vary from country to country. However you may be required to pay for medicines or your hospital bed.
