All complaints you may have regarding your policy may be addressed to the the Complaints Department as per the policy terms and conditions.
Please remember to provide all your policy details and remember to quote your certificate number in order to have a speedy response within 7 days. We will endeavour to respond to all complaints within 7 working days from date of receipt. If you are still not satisfied in any way in which your complaint has been handled we ask that you contact the Financial Ombudsman Service Bureau to review your case without prejudice.
