We will always make sure our clients understand the product they are buying by verbally advising on the features and benefits of the policy, and the endorsements and exclusions applicable. We don't expect our clients to read through a heavily worded document and then tick a box to remove all indemnity from ourselves. We make sure our customers understand all the necessary fine print before we ask them to sign.
