We’ve come a long way since then but our ethos remains the same and it’s paying dividends; our staff retention record is excellent, we’ve increased both profit and asset value and we continue to enjoy annual growth every year.
Operating from 15 offices in the UK, we will exceed £200m premium spend, £25m revenue and EBITDA approaching £5m in the current financial year and still have plans for further development and expansion. Through organic growth of the main business and strategic acquisitions we aim to reach gross revenue of £50m prior to 2020.
