Huddersfield, West YorkshireI contacted Bush and Associates on the 22nd May to obtain a quote for GAP insurance for a vehicle I was purchasing the following week. It was late in the day on a Friday prior to the bank holiday. They took details of the vehicle and the amount and term that I required together with my contact details and told me that someone would be in touch first thing Tuesday morning in time for me collecting my new car Tuesday afternoon. I heard nothing from them and have now had the car for over a week and a half without any contact from them at all. They clearly don’t want any business.
