From an aspirational concept in 1942, to our position today as the UK's largest stakeholder pension scheme*, B&CE is a not-for-profit organisation which operates for the benefit of our members and their dependants. Founded in construction, B&CE provides workplace pensions, employee accident cover, employee life cover and employee healthcare.
